Gilmore is the popular place for buying and selling the Computer Hardware and Peripherals. This place is located in Quezon City along the Aurora Boulevard. There are many small and medium businesses especially the retailers. Most of the retailers are selling the their per piece or part of computer such as memory, hard disk drive, processor etc. For the owners of retailing, it is profitable for selling those computer hardware. Also this age is the digital or computer age. Most of customers are average level, it means they can afford to buy those computer parts especially in hardware. Some retailers are selling their computer peripherals such as headset, webcam, pen tablet, bluetooth, flash disk etc.

The main reason why there are many computer retailer is because the price is affordable compared to the branded package computer such as Dell, Lenovo, IBM, HP etc. For the average persons their maximum budget for buying computer is Php 15,000 while for other such as games cost of Php 30,000 to Php 35,000. Other factors is Trend, 9 out 10 houses owns a personal computer. For the laptop 7 out 10 houses owns a laptop. Beside of computer, laptop is trending here in the Philippines that’s why to price today is affordable, some the price of laptop is between Php 23,000 to P 30,000, but before the price of one laptop is more than Php 100,000. The reason being lowered price is most of hardware parts of laptop are made in Taiwan. Trend is main reason why there too are many small and medium stores especially the retailers in Gilmore, Quezon City. Compare to America, the latest trend is smartphone and iPhone. Many small and medium businesses use this kind of gadget to access the website. For the American, these gadgets are more portable than laptops.

The small and medium businesses owners in Gilmore are haven’t outsource their call in customer support center. The main reason is they are still continuing their traditional commerce. If there is a problem of their computer or laptop hardware, they go to the store ask to the assistance to solve the problem of their computer or laptop. Even the big businesses in Gilmore are doesn’t outsource their calls in customer support center.
